Schedule My Ministry gives every parish and every ministry a permanent, public home for their schedule. Post your meetings, service days, studies, and holy hours once, and they show up on a calendar anyone can filter by diocese, parish, and ministry.
How it works
- A ministry leader or church staff member requests an account and names their parish.
- An administrator approves the request.
- The leader gets their own page — about, mission, how to get involved, contact info, and a link to their website — plus a calendar only they can edit.
- Parish administrators can oversee every ministry in their parish; ministry leaders stay limited to their own page.
Free and public
Everything published here is visible to anyone, no account required. That's the point: so the person looking for a place to serve can find you.
